Money-back guarantee...
In case any of the services are not in accordance to the brochure, you must report your complaint in writing to the school secretariat within the first week after arrival. don Quijote will rectify the situation with 2 working days. If the services are still not in accordance with the brochure description, there are 2 possibilities:

• don Quijote agrees with you and will refund the total amount of the course and lodging price.
• If don Quijote does not come to an agreement with you, your complaint will be handled by an independent arbitration commission of the regional Spanish government. The appointed arbitrator will decide whether your complaint is worthy of the money-back guarantee.

D.E.L.E. exam...

If you attend 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any of the don Quijote schools, we guarantee that you will successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. Intermediate exam. Should you not pass, don Quijote will provide 4 extra weeks of study free of charge as well as pay the reexamination fees.

Always appropriate level...

don Quijote offers courses at any level of Spanish, from beginners to teachers of Spanish. If you find that your language level does not correspond with the level of your fellow students, just consult with the Head of Studies.

Feeling at home is what matters the most. For this reason, if you do not feel happy during the first week in the family you are staying with, you may change for another without any additional cost.

Continuous practice in Spanish...

• So that you can take the fullest advantage of your Spanish course, there are never more than 3 non Spanish-speaking students in your family.
• Furthermore, if you wish, there will not be another student who speaks your own language in the family.

Always less than 30 minutes away...

Your accommodation is always a maximum of 30 minutes travelling time away. Walking (Granada, Salamanca and Sevilla) or by public transport (the other don Quijote schools). As long as you have registered 4 weeks in advance.
